It's been a while since I've done a manip. It was fun, but also a bit frustrating...I need to look for a tutorial on how to do bright/glowing lights.

Wow, very nice work...usually layers will help with increasing the brightness of the lights..I use PSP too...try screen and duplicate it..lower the values if it's too much..hope that makes sense, if it helps at all
