I'm getting ready to use the Eye of Ashe as an encounter area with a group of mind flayers this Saturday. I've printed it out spanning two 13x19 pages and it looks great.

Oh, good!  I'm glad to hear it printed out well.  My maps are made just for digital/VTT use, but you're the second person now who's told me the print quality was quite good (which really surprised me!).  He used a commercial-quality printer at his workplace.  Did you use something similar, or was it done on a home printer?

I hope you all have fun with it for your encounter!  And thanks for letting me know...I always get a little thrill when I hear that my maps are being used!  :P :D

I'm sorry I forgot to answer this earlier. The printer was a home inkjet printer that one of my players owns. It's able to take up to 13x19 paper (which is why I grid my maps at that size). I don't know what kind it is, but when I get over my current state of brokeness, I want to buy a similar one.
