I wanted to thank you for these resources you have created. My daughter has asked me to start running a Pathfinder campaign for her (and my wife and her twin are joining in) and they should be quite useful. Now I just have to remember what I am doing after an almost two decade dry spell... (And despite my daughter explaining it to me numerous times, I still cannot figure out what llamas are for, but thank you.)

You're very welcome!  I hope they work out well for your mapping, and have fun gaming with your family!  :)

Here's some helpful info about deviantART llamas: giveallamagetallama.deviantart…
I use them as a way to say "thank you" to people who +Watch me.  :)

I have a quick, copyright sort of question here. As someone relatively new to the differences between comercial use, non comercial use could you answer the following?
What constitutes using this as a resource? Do these rules imply you could use it in a commercial capacity as a resource? (as it says only non-comercial use can't use it as a resource)

What would constitute "Other commercial capacity" from the 2nd bullet point?

As an example, I've entertained taking commissions to create maps for fantasy settings, Tabletop RPG games, and other that are interested in that sort of endevor, would creating maps using these elements in it be within the rules you write here?

If you could help me with that I would be very appreciative, Thanks and have a great day!

No sharing/redistribution as a new resource means don't make changes to it (or incorporate it as an element of a new resource), and then sell it or share it with others for free.  Basically, it's for finished works only.

As for "any other commercial capacity"... that just refers to any other uses that people might find for these, that I'm not yet aware of.  That clause is in there just so I can get a heads-up, and make sure it's not being used as a sort of round-about resource, etc.  These elements were made for mapping, but others occasionally use them in photomanipulations as well, which is fine.  But for anything else, I just want to check before-hand.

Using it on a commercial map (either for yourself or as a commission for someone else), or as part of a game, is perfectly fine.  Just not anything where it will be redistributed for others to use as a resource, to make their own finished works.

I hope that answers your questions.  If not, message me again with specifics (of what exactly you want to do with it) and I can explain further.  :)
