I had this outfit mostly assembled a couple levels ago, but I've been waiting to hit level 55 in order to finish it. The chest piece requires lvl.55 and even though it's just going in a Wardrobe slot, you still need to be the correct level in order to use it.
I've never even looked at the Orange Dye before, because I'm not really a fan of that colour, but I was happy to discover that it looks more bronze-brown when applied to these pieces.
