Thank you to everyone who participated! There were lots of great names suggested, and it was very difficult to choose just three.

These were my top three picks:
Araknophobia – Wardens’ Passage
tipexleloup – The Lost Beacons
ebturner – Empire Road

I still haven't decided on the official name, but it will be one of those three! :)

----------------------------------------

I'm almost done with this one (just needs a few minor tweaks to make it finished) but I'm stumped on what to call it! I've got "Old King's Road" stuck in my head, but I don't really like that too much, so...suggestions please! :)

The deadline to post your suggestions is one week from today: June 17th, 2013
You can post as many times as you like, and suggest as many names as you like.
On the 18th I'll pick 3 people who posted the names I like best, and all 3 will have their choice of the following:

1) One of the 4 maps currently for sale in my store: Kuroiame Realms
OR
2) This map when it's released for sale.

If you'd just like to suggest a name, but aren't interested in winning a free map, please make a note of that in your comment.
The 3 people who win a free map will download it via email only (Dropbox link).

I envision that this ancient broken road, with its fallen and crumbling archway, leads to what used to be a magnificent city, but which has now become a sprawling jungle ruin. :)

How about "Gateway to the Green Ruins"? Really needs some more jungle covered ruins maps to go with it. Or perhaps a linking map to the "Twisted Grotto"?

Twins' Pass (named after long gone twin-kings of Ruzgar)

Broken Gate of Ruzgar (the magnificent city)

Ruzgar means wind in Turkish

Perhaps this is just part of a larger route, now overgrown but once known as The Hero's Pinch. Statues of the nation's most famed hero watch this small route into the larger vale to the south-west, so named because it was the most hospitable way into the nation's lands; however, it had the effect of funneling attackers into smaller lines and gave the Hero a good place from which to defend his lands. When the battle was over, statues were erected there and were said to come alive whenever the land was threatened.

But then, you only asked for a name :D
